If you purchase a service for someone else, we collect the recipient's name and address so that we can perform the service.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your card details are submitted directly to that processor and are not stored on our systems. We receive limited information such as the payment amount, date, payment status, and a partial card identifier for reconciliation and customer service.

If you choose a third-party installment or financing option, that provider collects and processes your information under its own privacy policy, and its credit decision is made independently of us.

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, to remember your preferences, and to measure site performance.

We may receive information about you from service providers that support our business, including our payment processor, scheduling and mapping tools, email delivery provider, and social media platforms where you interact with our content.

We use personal information to take and fulfill orders; to schedule, route, and complete installations and removals; to communicate with you about your order; to process payments and prevent fraud; to respond to inquiries; to maintain records; to improve our services and website; to market our services where permitted; and to comply with legal obligations.

We photograph completed installations for quality control, portfolio, and marketing purposes. We do not publish your name or street address with those images. You may ask us not to use images of your property in marketing by writing to info@haverhilldesign.com.

We share personal information with service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including website and database hosting, payment processing, email and text message delivery, scheduling, mapping and routing, analytics, and customer support. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our personnel, or the public, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We may send you emails or text messages about seasonal offerings, booking windows, and promotions where you have agreed to receive them or where otherwise permitted by law. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by replying STOP to a text message. We will still send transactional messages about orders you have placed.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls on our systems and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing communications, by writing to info@haverhilldesign.com. We will verify your request before acting on it.

Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Our website may link to sites we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
